SPDC’s oil production hits 514,000 bpd – Report

The Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) says it has grown its oil output to an average of 514,000 barrels per day (bpd) and developed additional capacity to produce more.

El-Rufai signs new law with stiff penalty for rapists

Gov. Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State on Wednesday signed the State Penal Code (Amendment) Law 2020, which provides stiff penalty for rapists.
